I have been cake decorating for umpteen years and it was a bit of an obsession before moving to Sheriff Lodge, I missed it so much I wanted to use those skills to provide something for my guests. I turned to making Afternoon Teas, which I really enjoy. A lot of the recipes I use are tried and tested infallible methods from my grandmother. The Afternoon Teas are very popular and a special indulgence if you are celebrating a special occasion, maybe treating your mum or wife or just fancy a treat – why not?
