The breakfast here at Sheriff Lodge is something to be reckoned with and will set you up for a day of fresh air and activity. Now a restaurant style menu, order exactly what you’d like – from a croissant to a full Derbyshire breakfast, which includes local free-range eggs, Derbyshire oatcakes and fresh, homemade bread, as well as locally produced sausages, bacon, black pudding. Local provenance is important here at Sheriff Lodge.

In addition, you may feel free to relax in the spacious surroundings of our Drawing Room. Here you will find maps, prospectus, books and music to help you relax whilst you are at Sheriff Lodge.

Sheriff Lodge is now a BYO property – so Bring Your Own wine and champagne and we will gladly chill it for you and provide you with an ice bucket should you require it. There is a small fridge in the Drawing Room for guests’ use.
